EQUANIMITY is a state of psychological stability and composure that remains undisturbed by the experience of or exposure to past experiences or future projections that may cause the loss of emotional or mental balance. We practice being in the present moment.
FULL EXPRESSION OF THE HIGHER SELF means everyone treats themselves and all others with love, kindness, respect, and joy. The heart and soul drive everything.
We live the concept that love is the absence of fear. If fear arises, we do not give it power. We consciously replace fear with love.
